Wound-Certified Specialists
Specialized Physicians and Nurses
All practitioners are certified in wound care and our physicians are boarded by the American Board of Wound Management. Our nurses are all wound-care certified through a certification entity or Esperta Health’s wound certification program.
In-Home Clinicians
100% of our independent in-home clinicians are wound-care certified with additional oversight by advanced clinicians. Esperta provides comprehensive didactic and procedural training with competencies assessed through knowledge-based and hands-on testing.
Evidence-Based Guidelines
Esperta Health’s embedded guidelines deliver the most appropriate care backed by industry-recognized clinical bodies and validated by peer-reviewed studies as the standard of care.
Esperta Health incorporates guidance from clinical bodies, including:
- Association for the Advancement of Wound Care
- National Pressure Ulcer Advisory Panel
- Wound Healing Society
- International Working Group of the Diabetic Foot

Innovative Wound Technology
Our wound platform gives our specialists the accuracy and flexibility needed to capture all the pertinent information about the patient’s wound.
Once the patient’s data is entered into the wound evaluation system, Esperta Health’s proprietary algorithm analyzes over 15,000 Responsive Care Plans. In-home care specialists treat patients with the recommended plan of care.

How We Work with Providers to Heal Wounds

Submit the Referral
